Automatic hydraulic pipe /tube/wire bending machine/CNC tube/pipe/wire bender
DW series are hydraulic tube bending machine. It has clamping, inserting, mandrel moving, bending functions. The machine is driven by hydraulic system. All operations are controlled by control panel. Preset bending angel by limit switch.
Operation Mode / Servo Control
1. ELECTRIC-SERVO CONTROL
· Electric-Servo motor drive of CNC tube bender combines with servo control.
· Feeding, rotation, bending, left/right shift, up/down shift, pressure die slidng…etc driven by electric-servo in CNC tube benders enables accuracy to reach in ±0.05mm/degree.
· Pressure-die and feeding boosters exhibit extra powerful bending capability.
· Manual servo control is available to set absolute and relative data to perform accuracy movement.
2. Y.B.C-AXIS CONTROLLED SIMULTANEOUSLY
· The simultaneous controllability for Y.B.C-axis of CNC tube benders significantly upgrades productivity.
· X.Y.Z-axis can be converted into Y.B.C-axis.
3. AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE LENGTH CALCULATION
·Once the dynamic process of Y.B.C-axis has been set, overall length of tube can be automatically calculated.
4. MULTIPLE OPERATION MODES
· It is available in CNC tube benders to select different operating modes such as single bending, manual, semi- auto and fully-auto.
· Workload counter function is equipped with total quantity, present quantity and count-down quantity.
5. BENDING CYCLE TIME DISPLAY
· In fully automatic operating mode, the bending cycle time for each tube and related tube data are displayed
Accurate And Flexible Bending Performance
1. OVALITY AND WALL THINNING RATIO
· Requested tube ovality and wall thinning ratio can be achieved through well adjustment on pressure die segmented sliding, feeding torque and bending speed functions in CNC tube benders.
· CNC tube benders’ clamp retraction time after bending could be scheduled to stabilize the spring-back affection.
2. FLEXIBLE BENDING SETTING
· CNC tube benders allow users to re-organize the bending sequence to effectively avoid interference.
· Cycle time saving functions(such like, motion in advance, retraction setting,..etc) are available in CNC tube benders.
3. 90-STEP SPEEDS ADJUSTMENT
· Each axis driven by electric-servo in CNC tube benders is able to set 1.0~9.9 (90 different steps) in speed according to users’demand.
· 6 bending processes could be selected to save cycle time and avoid interferences which could fail the work to proceed.
Comprehensive Safety Protection
· CNC tube benders have front and rear limit switches to prohibit feeding/carriage to move abnormally caused by artificial errors or machine malfunctions.
· Automatic mandrel lubrication system: Air blast and lubrication time can be set as desired.
· The data and programs can be retained for 3 years in case of power failure.
· Screen protection and password protection functions on CNC tube bender prevent the computer malfunction due to unauthorized modification of files.
· The electrical cabinet of CNC tube bender is equipped with an air conditioner to keep at a constant temperature. In may prevent electronic parts from damage caused by high temperature.
· CNC tube benders equip with emergency stop switch.
· If no mandrel is fitted on CNC tube bender, work piece length is not restricted (Cycling feeding function)
